i enjoyed the cleanliness maintained by rajeshwar and bishwas. they were kind and professional. i was surprised with towel art, it was a lovely touch. the attention to detail.
i requested two rooms close to reception prior to arrival. i arrived at 1am tired and got the furthest rooms. the check in guy was unhelpful and unaccommodating. i did not like that i was a repeat guest and this still happened.

i liked the valet service. it was quick and efficient at both the beach and hotel entrance. the food at the latin american beach restaurant was a standout. breakfast had many choices that cover different cultures.

The breakfast includes various options with many healthy selections available. I found this very useful. the beachside latin american restaurant served excellent meals, but the other restaurants didn't fully meet my taste.

The hotel offers attentive staff, most tried to be very helpful.
The pool area was mostly shaded, due to the tall buildings nearby. It made it a cold even though it should have been climatised. I also found the standard rooms look very tired, I advise asking for a beautiful one.

I found the staff professional and experienced. housekeeping did an excellent job each day. They changed sheets, folded towels, and neatly arranged our belongings. breakfast offered a varied selection of good items with very attentive staff. i especially appreciated the club lounge for its attentive staff and delicious food offerings throughout the day.
the pool area, despite posted signs, had issues with guests reserving sun loungers early with towels.

The attentive staff ensured all needs were promptly met. the housekeeping team maintained perfect cleanliness. I noticed they changed sheets daily and organized belongings neatly. the restaurant staff offered really good service and addressed requests quickly.

The location was acceptable.
The noise levels were excessive. There were constant sound checks at full volume, AND i could not sit on the balcony in peace. Senior management did not seem to care about noise levels or restrictive timings for events, which i found frustrating.
